Rachel comes to us from Indiana where she had a great deal of success as a Professional and Amateur competitor in Ballroom Dance. Rachel's natural talent for dance wasn't discovered until she was 12 years old. Before that, she spent alot of her time in a Martial Arts studio earning her black belt in karate and tae kwan do. Rachel also excelled in gymnastics and was very active in beauty pageants. She found that her experience in those activities helped her progress swiftly through her Ballroom Dance lessons. As a competitor, Rachel danced in the Smooth and Rhythm division. She is very gifted at teaching both beginner and competitive students.

Rachel can be seen on the professional dance floor competing in the American Rhythm division with her partner, Aaron.
